Honestly, this is the best PetSmart location I've been to. The girl working in the aquatic department was knowledgeable and the tanks were gorgeous. You can tell she loves caring for the animals.

All I can say is, JUST DON'T. My experience and first impression was HORRIBLE! Following PetSmart's recommendation to take my puppy to the salon several days prior to his first grooming so that he could get used to the activity, smells and sounds of the salon; I was met with unprofessionalism and honestly just a sincere lack of customer service from BRYNN. I explained to BRYNN, at the grooming salon, why I was there and she told me that she didn't know anything about a pet visit, they were busy and didn't have time for that. She was very lackadaisical and it was clear that she did not want to help. I explained to her that it was on their website and that I had driven to them, which was not a short drive, based on what was recommended on their website. I would not have minded waiting until

I had the best experience in grooming today. Kylen groomed my Westie, Bronwyn, and she looks so beautiful. The best groom she’s ever had. I will continue to go back to Kylen! Thank you so much Prosper PetSmart grooming. I’m so very pleased! Kylen you are just so talented! Thank you again!

Val has been great these last few times with our new Maltipoo, Teddy Bear. She was extremely attentive and patient with him since he’s still getting used to the grooming process. He looks adorable!

Not too impressed with this one. I’ve worked for pet stores for a while, having knowledge on your animals is a requirement. How are we going to educate their future homes if you know nothing about them? There is a girl there who is very nice and knows her stuff about animals, love her she’s wonderful and deserves better co-workers. These people blatantly don’t care that they’re uneducated. I’ve asked questions about the animals they CURRENTLY have in store and it’s “she’ll be off her break in 20mins to help you” BE BETTER and educate yourselves.
